At this time, the agent will offer to recharge the card. If the customer chooses not to recharge the card, the system will inform the technician card electronic time and the customer when there is 1 minute of support time left. The system will then inform the customer card electronic time and the agent when the card has no remaining time card electronic time and that the call will be disconnected if a recharge is not input in the system. The system will let the call continue until we have exceeded the duration by 1 minute card electronic time and then Gateway informs the customer card electronic time and the agent that the call will be disconnected.
